Security deposit:
An additional security deposit is requested for this properties, for protection against unforeseen damage to the property and its contents.
Housing deposit is not included in the booking deposit, the amount for 1 month rent is Euro 300,00= as a non-interest bearing security deposit to be paid at the arrival together with the first month rent..  This deposit will be reimbursed in Euro to the last tenant to check out on the condition that the rented property is returned in good condition and that all obligations incurred by virtue of this contract have been met. The only payment method is cash.
According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
PLEASE NOTE: for young Tenants under 25 years old an extra Security deposit is requestes against damages to the property of Euro 250 each.

Cancellation policy:

    * Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
    * Less then 30 days booking deposit is lost
    * Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.

Check in and Check Out:
• Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
• Check out is by 11 am
• Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week                                                         prior check in.
• In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
• This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in facilities.
