The apartment is composed of: an entrance, a living room with TV - a sofa bed and a kitchen corner (2 flames, fridge, oven, microwave), bathroom with shower , 1 double bedroom, balcony with washing machine. From the balcony, overlooking an internal courtyard, there is a magnificent view of the Dome. The apartment, though being in the center of town, faces the internal part of the building, and is therefore very quiet.

owner to take care of any formal requirement.
- The presence of unauthorized persons is a valid reason for eviction without the right to any reimbursement.
- Additional costs are specified in the rates section of the listing.
Cancellation policies for daily and weekly bookings
- Up to 60 days prior arrival 10% penalty
- from 60 to 30 days prior arrival 30 % penalty
- from 29 to 8 days prior arrival - 50% penalty
- Cancellation within 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.
Conditions for monthly bookings ( from one month up)
- To reserve the apartment the requested deposit
will be charged on the Credit Card provided along with the Booking Form
that has to be filled out ,signed and returned by fax
- The
receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking, no reservation will
be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
- Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
- Monthly rent will be paid upon arrival directly to the landlord in cash, in the same way each month for longer rentals.
- According
to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at

Cancellation policies for monthly bookings

arrival time can be arranged and communicated by e mail at lest 15
days prior arrival date , but exact time must be advised at least one
week prior check in.
- In case of late arrival without notice after 8 pm a 60 Euro fee will be applied.

We loved staying in this great apartment for Holy Week 2009 (husband and wife and 14 year old son). We used the kitchen and its 2 gas burners for a couple of meals but mostly for breakfast and snacks. The spacious bedroom is separated by the bathroom from the kitchen/living area. The building is quiet, located conveniently near the Stazione as well as the Duomo (Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore) and other attractions, and seems quite secure. The Tourist Office is right across the street, bar/caffe is a couple of doors away, and 2 supermarkets are nearby. Situated in an older building, the apartment itself has all new features and appliances (washing machine on the balcony) and we didn’t have any mechanical problems. You can see the Duomo from the balcony and, as we found, you can see the balcony from the top of the Duomo! We were quite comfortable there with 3 of us. I agree that it could sleep 4 but at that point you might be on top of each other a bit. A great home base for a stay in Tuscany. |
