To reserve the apartment a 10% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 60 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
Less then 60 days booking deposit is lost
Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.

Payment of balance & Security Deposit

Balance will be paid upon arrival and we accept cash.

In this property for stays from one (1) to three (3) months 50% of monthly rate for security deposit.
