The apartment has a large living-room-dining room , for this reason is suitable to host small groups of friends that can find in this accomodation a confortable shared space in which they can have a good time. It is entirely situated at the ground floor with a floor space of 78 square metres .The entrance is walk-in and it overlooks the farmyard close to the swimming pool. After the entance there is the living room from which you can reach the kitchen and the sleeping area consisting of two rooms : one double room with private bathroom and one room close to the bathroom with two single beds. The apartment can host up to 6 persons if you use the sofa-bed of the living room.

The apartment B is a land-roof of 61 square metres . You can reach it from the garden in front of the swiming pool. At the ground floor there is a large room with kitchen and living- room . You can reach the sleeping area at the first floor with a travertine staircase. The sleeping area has a bathroom with shower and two rooms: the first one is a double room with a writing-desk and view on the swimmming pool. The other one has two single beds and view on the posterior farmyard. This room can easily become a double room and it can makes the apartment suitable for two couples that want to spend their vacation togheter.

The apartment C is very intimate and full of light. It is situated on the ground floor with an extension of 50 square metres . The independent entrance is situated on a side of the building that is particularly intimate and it overlooks our vineyards and the surrounding valley. After the entrance there is the living room-kitchen and then you can reach the bathroom and the double room by passing under a brick arch. The double room overlooks the internal farmyard of the cottage and for this reason is particulary silent. This apartment is particulary suitable for couples, but it can host up to four persons by using the sofa-bed.
