I just returned to CA from my 3-month stay in Matteo apartment, and am already planning my return next spring -- again to one of landlord Tarcisio's apartments! I have read the other guest comments -- all are positive and all are accurate: spotless, attractive, conveniently located outside of tourist hassles, well-appointed for all one's needs. Additionally, they come with a landlord extraordinaire -- got me to his doctor for needed anti-biotics, lent me a bike, provided critical translation assists when my departure flight was canceled! I recommend these apartments without hesitation; just don't try for MY annual months!

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo mese di ferie nell’appartamento MATTEO accolti dalla gentilezza e dalla disponibilità del Sig. Tarcisio, a cui rivolgiamo un affettuoso ringraziamento. L’appartamento è comodo, funzionale e dotato di tutti i confort possibili, c’è di tutto e di più, ma soprattutto rispecchia fedelmente le foto del sito. L’ubicazione dell’appartamento è ottimale, a piedi in dici minuti si raggiunge la stazione Ferroviaria di S. Maria Novella (pieno centro) e in altrettanti dieci minuti si è fuori città con la macchina; quindi sito ideale per escursioni da fare in macchina e in treno per tutta la Toscana. La zona è servita da comodi negozi, soprattutto a 400 m. c’è un ottimo supermercato “ESSELUNGA”.
