In 2008 was completed a careful and thorough remodeling of a former industrial structure dating to the early'900. Maintaining almost the same appearance, the complex shows a large courtyard, paved in terra cotta , leading to three apartments, all with separate entrances. Insulated from the noise of the city, the apartments express comfort, functionality and adaptability to all needs of a cultural holiday or a business trip.

This is a group of three apartments licensed with CAV (Casa Appartamenti Vacanze) which is worth to appreciate the professionalism of managing a licensed structure.  The flats are all on the ground floor of an internal residential building few strolls from the city centre Santa Croce area.  It's suitable for business travellers as well as tourism, managed professionally by the landlord offering extra local services.

Booking

• To reserve the apartment a 15% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
• Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
• According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
• Less then 30 days booking deposit is lost
• Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.

Payment of balance & Security Deposit

• Balance will be paid upon arrival and we accept Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) Wire Transfer, or cash.
• In this property for weekly stays: 200 €
• In this property for stays from one (1) to three (3) months 50% of monthly rate for security deposit.
• In this property for stays from four (4) to eight (8) months, one moth (1) rate for security deposit.
• In this property for stays from nine (9) to twelve (12) months and up, two (2) months for the security deposit

Check in & Check out

• Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
• Check out is by 11 am
• Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
• In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
• This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in facilities.

When our clients come to Florence at Corte d'Arnolfo, they call -home- our apartments. All the Unit are wonderful. The Rosselli family take wonderful care of their clients and meet their every need. They are impressed at the way our apartments are furnished. They are able to cook wonderful meals whenever they wish in the well equiped kitchen. The bed and furniture are comfortable and cozy. They are provided with the use of a clothes washer and drying rack to take care of their dirty clothes. If our clients bring a computer they are able to use the wireless hookup that is provided. It is such a pleasure to return each day to the sunny and beautiful courtyard filled with pots of flowering plants. Whenever they return to Flrenze, they will always come back here to stay in this lovely home away from home. This is why you should book our properties.
