What is included and what not
- For daily and weekly rates price does include: All Taxes, Utilities, Linen, Gas does not include: Final cleaning 50 €
- For monthly rates price does not include: gas, electricity, water, final cleaning fee.
Extra costs (this might be subjected to changes)
- Electricity 0.50 Eurocent per 1 KW of consumption
- Water 1,75 Eurocent per 1 m3 of consumption.

The booking deposit usually within the 10 % and the 30 % of the total rental cost of your stay will be charged through all major Credit Cards thanks to the Secure Pay Pal System enabled on Firenze Lodging to secure your reservation.
Conditions for daily and weekly bookings ( from one week to three weeks)
- To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the Credit Card provided along with the Booking Form that has to be filled out ,signed and returned by fax . The receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
- Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
- Balance will be paid one month before arrival and by Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
- According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
- The presence of unauthorised persons is a valid reason for eviction without the right to any reimbursement.

Cancellation policies for daily and weekly bookings
- Up to 60 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
- from 60 to 30 days prior arrival – 30 % penalty
- from 29 to 8 days prior arrival - 50% penalty
- Cancellation within 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.
Conditions for monthly bookings ( from one month up)
- To reserve the apartment a deposit of one month rent will be charged on the Credit Card provided along with the Booking Form that has to be filled out ,signed and returned by fax
- The receipt of the deposit will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
- Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
- Monthly rent will be paid upon arrival directly to the landlord in cash, in the same way each month for longer rentals.
- According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
- The presence of unauthorised persons is a valid reason for eviction without the right to any reimbursement.
- Additional costs are specified in the description of the premises
Cancellation policies for monthly bookings
- the deposit paid to confirm the reservation in non refundable.
- for cancellation of the rental contract prior to its natural expiration, the penalty is 1 month rent
Check in and Check out
- Check In from 3 pm until 7 pm
- Check out before 11 am
- Different arrival time can be arranged and communicated by e mail at lest 15 days prior arrival date , but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
- In case of late arrival without notice after 8 pm a 60 Euro fee will be applied.
- This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in facilities.
