The flat has the living room / kitchen area on Viale Raffaello Sanzio which is a busy street and this might bother picky renters, the bedroom is on a private courtyard with no noise at all, the apartment is immaculate, well kept, with all the comforts you might want for your vacation in Florence. - In this property for stays from nine (9) to twelve (12) months and up, two (2) months for the security deposit
The wonderful position allows guests to reach all the Florence major cultural attractions with some minutes walking: Duomo Cathedral, Battistero, Giotto Tower, Signoria square, Orsanmichele Church, Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge), Pitti Palace, Santa Croce Church, San Lorenzo Church and the characteristic market, Santa Maria Novella Church are just some of the historical attraction that can be visited just walking by the historical centre. Moreover there are plenty of museum that Florence offers to his visitors.
Close to the apartment there is a bus stop for easy reach Michelangelo Square... a beautiful terrace overlooking Florence.

The booking deposit usually within the 10 % and the 30 % of the total rental cost of your stay will be charged through all major Credit Cards thanks to the Secure Pay Pal System enabled on Firenze Lodging to secure your reservation.
- To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
- Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
- Balance will be paid upon arrival and the only payment method is cash.
- According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
- Less then 30 days booking deposit is lost
- Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.
Check in and Check out
- Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
- Check out is by 11 am
- Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
- In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
- This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in facilities.
