If you are looking for a quiet, luminous apartment in a very nice area of Florence read on as this will be the perfect solution for your mid to long term stay. Ground floor apartment that sits back from the main street a good 40 meters in a private condominium of only 4 apartments. This will be like staying in the country as you will not hear a car even during day time.

The Gioberti street is right at the beginning of the city centre making it a very nice place to stay if you want to both being in the city centre but at the same time experience Florence as a native. A one bedroom flat with private entrance an outside area with chairs where to relax, a nice living area and a bathroom with shower.

To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
Balance will be paid upon arrival and the only payment method is cash.
According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
Less then 30 days booking deposit is lost
Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.

Check in and Check out

Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
Check out is by 11 am
Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
