Booking
- According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed
to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport

Cancellation Policy
- Up to 60 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
- Less then 60 days booking deposit is lost
- Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur
in 100% charge.
Payment of balance & Security Deposit
- Balance will be paid upon arrival and we accept cash.
- In this property for weekly stays: 300 €
- In this property for stays from four (4) to eight (8) months,
600 € is needed for security deposit.
- In this property for stays over eight (8) months, 1 month rent is
needed for security deposit.
Check in & Check out
- Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
- Check out is by 11 am
- Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be
advised at least one week prior check in.
- In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee
will be applied.
- This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in
facilities.
