It is composed by a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom 30m ², very quiet and comfortable with a private bathroom, plus a loft with a double bed (or twin beds) and a second bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: plasma TV with satellite, ADSL Internet connection, washing machine-dishwasher-refrigerator and freezer, oven and microwave, fryer.

• In this property for weekly stays: 200 €
• In this property for stays from one (1) to three (3) months 50% of monthly rate for security deposit.
• In this property for stays from four (4) to eight (8) months, one moth (1) rate for security deposit.
• In this property for stays from nine (9) to twelve (12) months and up, two (2) months for the security deposit

• Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
• Check out is by 11 am
• Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
• In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
• This property does not offer reception services or 24 h check in facilities.
