This 7 rooms Bed & Breakfast was born in a Florentine villa from the late 18th century. The recent restoration has maintained both structure and atmosphere, but also provided the necessary modernization of the facilities.
This 3-storey B&B welcomes its guests in a charming structure, with elegant spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have been furnished with family pieces of furniture and paintings, but very modern and comfortable beds. The dining room and one of the living rooms upstairs have undergone a restoration that brought back the original frescoes to their splendour, cut-outs of those frescoes are now the symbols of each room and its keyring. The "Italian garden" which surrounds the villa is protected by the Ministry of Environment and contains typical Tuscan plants such as irises, magnolias, roses and lemon trees in their earthenware vessels. A laurel hedge separates the garden from the orchard with its herbs, fruits and olive trees. If you let your eyes wander, you can also see Fiesole and the Stibbert museum on a background of rolling green hills. Tags Groups Singles Couples

We are situated in proximity of the city centre and are easily reachable by car and public transport. Ape Rosa B&B is the ideal choice for businesspeople in need of a bit of relax after a day's stress, and for tired tourists looking for an easy retreat before and after their peregrinations in and around this masterpiece of a city.
Our bedrooms are finely furnished with family furniture and paintings. All beds, though, are modern, as well as the air conditioning, heating and the lcd-TVs. All rooms have their own bathrooms, with shower or bath, and are decorated with hand-painted tiles from Vietri, the italian small village renowned for its ceramics.You can sleep in a double, twin and single room; all rooms are on the first and second floor of the villa. Due to its ancient origins, there are no lift facilities. |

- To reserve a room a 30% deposit of rent will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
- Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amexco), wire transfer or giving the detail of a CC.
- Balance will be paid upon arrival and payment methods are all credit cards or cash.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days prior arrival full refund of booking deposit
- Less then 30 days booking deposit is lost
- Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.
Check in and Check out
- Check-in is from 12 pm until 07 pm
- Check-out is by 11 am
- Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised as soon as you can.
