We are a management housing team. Our main target is to provide full assistance to our customers, that while in Florence might need help in simple housing necessities to more complex needs involving specific technicians. 160 is the approximate number of apartments we directly manage, and they have been selected to be appropriate for the customers quality we are used to work with. So from a quality point of view and location wise, they are the best possible apartments for a medium range price on the market of Florence city centre.
This location is fantastic. You are in very close walking distance to the Uffizi, the Duomo, and many museums. It is located on a street where cars aren't allowed to drive, so getting to the actual apartment itself was difficult in a taxi. Also, while we were there the shop across the street was doing some construction so it was loud at points, but it didn't bother me much. Overall, it was a great apartment. The only cons I would give is it was hard retreiving internet access, and the building you have two flights of stairs to climb, and when you get to the apartment there is another full flight of stairs to walk down. After a long day that can be quite a bit of stairs.
