San Frediano Flats are instead located near Porta Romana and Porta San Frediano and are also very close to the famous school of Polimoda and so are also suitable for those who want to get to Florence to study in order to their budget price. We have only been here for a weekend but the property manager is really nice and accomodating. They only take CASH, so bring enough for the deposit, on the website it said they take credit/debit and they do not. The apartment is located really close to the central market and a few shopping centers. There is internet, air conditioning, and a washer. The apartment is pretty small, so be prepared. Also it is on the top floor so getting the bags up was a little inconvienent. Overall the experience has been pretty good and it is close to most things and easy to find everything else from here.
