Why do I need a password?
Firenze Lodging is an offer based system in order to view offers, reply to messages, place bookings of what our Property Owners and Partners offer you we provide you a secure password to login to booking centre.
When do we send you a password?
Right after you send your first generic or direct request through our site in our first confirmation email, a secure password is emailed to you double check your spam folder in case has been delivered there, also add @firenzelodging.it to your email service whitelist.
What do I do with the password?
This password combined with your email address will let you login to your booking centre.
