How do I get support for the issues above?
Property Availability: Firenze Lodging does not know if the Property of your choice is available for your desired dates but it's very easy to find out by sending a direct request: if the property is available the Property Owner or Manager will send an offer through Firenze Lodging as explaind in the offer page.
Property Booking: Properties can only be booked after an offer has been posted out by a Property Owner or Partner Agency after you enquired for availability or by pulling out many offers by sending a generic request. We do not accept booking by fax, email or phone unless otherwise arranged with Firenze Lodging.
Arrival of Clients: After a reservation is placed through booking an offer on this site an Instant Confirmation Voucher is generated containing all the contact and arrival information to the property. Additional Arrival arrangements can be taken on this site or after booking directly with the Property Manager or Partner Agency of the property you booked.
Departure of Clients: Arrangements for Check Out procedures need to be made between you and the Property Manager or Partner Agency of the property you booked.
