Off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. This apartment comes with a separate bedroom with lots of storage and double bed. Water 2 € / m3; Gas 1,10 € / m3; electricity 0,40 € / kw; Internet 40 € / month; registration fees where needed will be 2% on total rental costs plus 30-60 € stamps. City tax is 2 € / day per person up to 10 days.
