The three young owners bought back the business from the original owner in 2008, they opened for new year eve that same year and since then they managed to build one of the most popular Enoteche in Florence.  They offer a selection of high end wines from small productions all over Italy, they very well know brands and wines from producers you’ll hardly find in a classic restaurant menu.
