Clients always want to know what are the extra costs related to the price list.  Each property should have an extra cost section well formatted to inform about what is included and what is not in the given price list.

Under your Rates & Seasons will appear an useful editable text where you can specify if your daily / weekly / monthly rates what they do include and what not, this piece of text will also show as default when you are configuring your offers.

Where can you edit this setting?

In the editing section of your properties click on the tab Rates and then go to the Add notes to your Rates, you will find a ready made template you can further edit.  Being straightforward will sure help Clients understanding what is included and what is not making the listing more easy to read.
