A day to rejoice altogether, another event that aims to bring out the good within everyone of us. A socio-cultural event to represent a common aim, spread in 6 different squares of Florence and around the city center. “Luci della notte” offers a positive approach, amusement, exchange of ideas and simultaneously getting the art & culture of Florence in the limelight. Using music, art and culture as the instruments for socializing, “luci della notte” has no barriers, involving all age groups. Just like the old times, all together, in the piazza!
I bet there are quite a few soccer fans traveling around Florence in this period. Well then, let me get to the point. Take a break and visit one of the 6 piazzas, namely, Piazza Beccaria, Piazza del Mercato Centrale, Piazza dei Bardi, Piazza Damiano Chiesa, Polo Universitario and Piazza Dalmazia .There will be live telecast of all the soccer World Cup fixtures, free of cost. Tonight don’t miss the England-USA derby! Will Rooney drag the English side to victory or will the underdogs come back fighting?
To know all the details of the event, there will be info points in the piazza giving full information on the program and their updates. The events have already taken off from the 3rd of June and will end not until the 25th of September.
