When you use the service should you use Generic Requests or Direct Requests to the properties available?
Sending Direct Requests:
If you spend little time using the search functionalities present on the site you will easily narrow down the results and send direct enquiry for properties that might be suitable. Please note that some properties do use our suggested free calendar to keep a purely informative availability update it saves you time but many properties still do not use it. Getting an offer from a direct request is more likely to happen then sending a generic request.
Sending Generic Requests:
If you simply would like to receive offers for your stay can opt to send a Generic Request and wait for the best bid for your stay. Do keep in mind that if you are not sure of what you want and if you DO NOT specify any budget or relevant information it’s more likely you will receive very few offers making the search not very useful for you to find the right property in Florence.
