Wonderful, elegant and very bright apartment of over 150 mq. with an extraordinary view of the synagogue The apartment is on the first floor ( with lift) of a prestigious building of the XVIII century: It is quiet and fully furnished, composed of 3 bedrooms ( all bathrooms en-suite) : 2 of them with king size bed, the other with 2 single beds As you enter the apartment you will find a bright, elegant and spacious living room ( with wonderfull and original frescoes ceiling), 2 sofas, a huge wooden bookcase and a piano! at the bottom of the room there is the fully furnished kitchen ( separable with a partition moving wall). On the same floor, two king size bedrooms ( one with bath tube and shower, the other with shower). From the living room a wooden stairs take to the upper floor where you find the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (bathroom en suite with shower) and a study which overlooks the living room. Water 2 € / m3; Gas 1,10 € / m3; electricity 0,40 € / kw; Internet 40 € / month; registration fees where needed will be 2% on total rental costs plus 30-60 € stamps. City tax is 2 € / day per person up to 10 days.
