The apartment is on two levels, on the 4th floor the living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, small terrace and bathroom, on the 5th floor, with access from an internal staircase, the bedroom with a large panoramic terrace.

In the living room, very bright, a sofa bed can be unfolded in two single beds or in a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with all the best appliances to satisfy the most demanding customers, flat color TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, american coffee machine, etc..

An internal spiral staircase leads to the attic with a double bedroom, located on the fifth floor, which opens onto a very large terrace (25 square meters), always sunny, ventilated, and extremely panoramic, ideal for solariums or barbecues with family or friends. Thanks to the very nice furnishings, the stay can be very pleasant and comfortable. This apartment is ideal for a family’s short-term vacation, where children will find their ideal space, or mid-term stays for couples or singles’ business travels.

Customers will be warmly welcomed upon arrival and will be provided with all types of assistance and information so that they can organize a pleasant holiday among the artistic beauties and treasures of Florence, tasting the wonderful Italian and local food and wines and all the beauties and amenities that this wonderful city can offer.

We will be very pleased to welcome you as our guests, nevertheless I ask respect for my home and for the objects, the appliances and the furniture it contains. In case of damages to the property, guests will be asked for a compensation of damages. Final cleaning fees are not included in the price. It is however required that you leave the bathroom and the kitchen tidy, the fridge empty and clean, and the sink must be left empty and clean and the dishes stored. At check-in guests are required to show a valid identity document (passport or identity card), to give me the opportunity to comply with Italian Laws on Security. Guests shall also be required to sign a short tourist rental contract (for stays which duration is 30 days or under), or another kind of rental contract (contratto transitorio) abiding by Italian laws on hospitality (for stays which duration exceeds the 30-night term). All this not just and simply to be compliant with Italian laws, but also in your interest! Since it must be clear that we run our business in full compliance with Italian laws and all the rules applicable. For rentals exceeding one month duration (30 days) utilities cost shall be applied and a cautionary deposit shall be due. Utilities cost shall be determined on a consumption basis, and at market price, i.e. 0,60 euro/kw for electric power, 2,20 euro/m3 for water and 1,10 euro/m3 for gas. The price paid (rental fee) includes condominium expenses. Final cleaning fee is not included in the rental fee, and it amounts to 30 euro. For rentals exceeding one month duration (30 days), an extra cleaning fee shall be charged, according to the duration of the contract, i.e. 30 euro for 1 month, 40 euro for 2 months, 50 euro for 3+ months. For rentals exceeding one month duration (30 days) the rental fee does not include bed sheets, towels, and linen in general, which can be leased on request, at the price of 30 euro per month. For late check-ins a 20 euro extra fee shall be due (later than 8 pm) (applicable just to short-term stays). Guests are required to separate garbage according to the rules applicable, as well to deliver them to the proper containers. Failing the above, a 20 euro fine shall be applied.
