The place
The apartment is set in Florence in Ghirlandaio street close to the Lungarno del Tempio at short distance from Piazza Beccaria which represents the main east entry to the historical centre (Santa Croce neighbourhood) .
The area is very quiet and safe and features elegant buildings dated back to the first half of the XX° century . At short distance lies the commercial centre of Gioberti street with numerous shops and services including a modern supermarket Coop and an Upim Department Store .
Along the mentioned Piazza Beccaria run many buses leading to the centre, to the Railway’s Station Santa Maria Novella and to the neighbourhood Piazza della Libertà . In the same area two convenient underground car parks lie . The area is out of the pedestrian zone and it is reachable by car . Beautiful walks along the Lungarni and the Albereta Park
The Loft
It is set at the beginning of Ghirlandaio street coming from the Lungarni . Along a small drive you get to the apartment placed on the groundfloor : it’s a pleasant well furnished Loft,cosy and comfortable,with a wide livingroom at the entrance and laterally a small study for working and reading .
At the end open a spacious kitchen with dining table and provided with all the facilities : fridge,freezer,electric and microwave oven,dishwasher,gas cookers,pots and pans and other appliances .
Between the livingroom and the kitchen a spiral staircase leads to the first floor where are set one double bedroom and one two single beds bedroom . On the groundfloor open a large bathroom with shower and washing machine .
On the outside there is also a relaxing area with armchairs and beach umbrella . The apartment is provided with Wi-fi Internet,air conditioner in the bedrooms,two Tv sets and independent heating .
The loft is about 150 sq.meters large and accommodates four .

From the Railway’s Station : Taxi or bus # 6/14/19/23 – Electric shuttles : C2 and C3 .
Coming by car :
Take the exit Firenze Sud of the A.1 Motorway . Take the junction road to Florence (4 km.) . At the traffic light turn left towards the City Center along the Lungarno Aldo Moro and the Lungarno Colombo . Once arrived at the Lungarno del Tempio, beyond the traffic light, turn right along Via del Ghirlandaio . Park the car along the road or the Lungarno on the blue lines .
