The “Cherry house” is located in the heart of Renaissance Florence in the Santa Croce neighborhood, two minutes walk to Piazza Santa Croce, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo or Piazza della Signoria. The tastefully decorated and modern apartment covering an area of 55m2 has been completely renovated in 2012 and it is composed by a living room with little sofa bed (french size) also suitable for two children. Beside this you will find a modern equipped kitchen that includes washing machine, a large bedroom with a King size bed.and a wardrobe that gives the room an elegant touch. It will satisfy the needs of any type of tourist. Lastly, there is free Wi-Fi internet access to allow you to stay up to date with your emails and air conditioning
The Santa Maria Novella railway station is barely a 10-15 minutes walk away, and the Peretola international airport is at about 20 minutes distance from the apartment by taxi or by coach.
The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) The stairs are low and manageable
The neighborhood is colorful, full of great restaurants dairy and meat market,(Sant’Ambrogio) and antique and artisan shops. It is minutes away from everything.

Final cleaning is usually between 40 € to 150 € depending on size of the property and number of guests.
In long term rentals (from three weeks and up) utilities are not included
Water 2 € / m3; Gas 1,10 € / m3; electricity 0,40 € / kw; Internet 40 € / month; registration fees where needed will be 2% on total rental costs plus 30-60 € stamps. City tax is 2 € / day per person up to 10 days.
