IN THE HEART OF HISTORICAL FLORENCE !This flat, silent and comfortable as well, is ideal for singles and for those who whish to stay for longer periods, but it is also recommended for a couple who’d rather spend less in accommodation (you can ask for one or two single beds) and more visiting the town, museums and cafes or for study/work. The flat is small but very wisely furnished and its bathroom is very spacious. Hair dryer, covers, linen, towels, pots and pans. The garage is public and is not included in the price as well as the final cleaning.At the moment of the check-in you will receive one set of linen and towels. Two sets if you are 2 (there is another single bed).

Rates are usually all inclusive for daily and weekly stays aside final cleaning that might be charged separately.
Final cleaning is usually between 40 € to 150 € depending on size of the property and number of guests.
In long term rentals (from three weeks and up) utilities are not included
Water 2 € / m3; Gas 1,10 € / m3; electricity 0,40 € / kw; Internet 40 € / month; registration fees where needed will be 2% on total rental costs plus 30-60 € stamps. City tax is 2 € / day per person up to 10 days.
