Windows On Florence , Lungarni, Piazza Signoria and Uffizzi

Beautiful bright  small apartment, recently renovated, has 40 square meters a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Located in an old tower house, is on the second floor without elevator. Comprising small entrance hall, kitchen with gas stove, small refrigerator, washing machine, microwave.The Kitchen is wood made and has a little table for two persons.
The living room, with beautiful views of the river Arno, has a sofa for two persons, small library, a coffee table and cabinet with tv for pc, satellite, dvd. There is internet wii fii.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, desk. the bed you can see the hills and the antique palaces!
The small bathroom has a large shower with new sanitary and crystal. Heating is electric inverter and in the summer there is air conditioning. For hot water boiler is in the bathroom.
From the apartment you can easily reach in few minutes the most interesting and beautiful places all of Florence! perfect for anyone who wants to do the walking holiday in Florence. Instead impractical for those who use the machine as this apartment is in the area a  limited traffic and it is not easy to find parking.

House rules: Enjoy Florence and relax ! The apartment is strectly no smoking ! For the three days stayng there are no extra expenses. For staying more than three days , electriCity consumption is free till 20 € ( wich are 50 K(URL HIDDEN)After that it costs 0,30 € per Kw /h . Please, if you are later than 1 hour with the time you sayed, let me know! At the arrival there is the tourist tax to pay : the amount is 2.50 euro per day per person for a maximum of 7 days. I apologize but it's a tax that has to be payed cash and that I have to pay to the Comune di Firenze. I'll need Also to take pictures of passports . The apartment is small and so Also the sitting room with the sofà : please don't ask to have somebody sleeping on the sofà . Guests have to sleep on the double bed. Thank you !
