Here is the second large apartment run by Firenzelodging.it large and comfortable over a hundred sqm on the second floor. apartment featuring: one large matrimonial bedroom (the beds can be separated into two single beds) and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms one right next to each bedroom, a large living room, one fully equipped kitchen. The flat is on the second floor of a three storey building and has no elevator, steps are short and easy. From the twin bedroom you get a very pleasant view of the typical italian red roofs.
For daily and weekly rates price does include: All Taxes, Utilities, Linen, Gas, Final Cleaning, Internet.
For monthly rates price does not include: gas, electricity, water, adsl access, final cleaning fee.
Extra costs (this might be subjected to changes)
Electricity 0.50 Eurocent per 1 KW of consumption
Water 1,75 Eurocent per 1 m3 of consumption.
Gas 1.03 Eurocent per 1 m3 of consumption
Final cleaning fee 80 € / one time fee (only for long term rentals)

Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.

Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
Check out is by 11 am
Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.

We have been at Firenze Apartment since November, 2008 and are staying till April, 2009, We have had a wonderful time in Florence alot due to the apartment we are staying in. It is a two Bedroom apartment with two full baths (one with a tub/shower and one with a shower). This apartment is very clean. It is a great location, about a 10-15 minute walk to Domo and a 15-20 minute walk to PT. Veccico Bridge which after eating a great florence meal is just right. The great thing Bridge to San Gallo. I say this because wheather you stay a week or Many weeks it is easy to get off track in Florence and street maps and streets have so many names on them it is sometimes hard to find you way. This is easy. One great thing about the apartment is that the two bed rooms are separated by the Small kitchen, living area, hallway (which is a great area to do computer work). This provides privacy when you have company or if two couples are traveling together. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living area but have not tried it.
Lorenzq and Franchesca are both wonderful people, very helpful in getting you oriented and in following up to make sure everything is good. The only negative is having to walk up two flights of stairs but an elevator just would not be the same in this building. There is also a similar apartment one floor down with the same amenities. I do not want anyone thinking this is a five star apartment, its not It is a very good apartment.
The apartment also has WIFI internet and TV with a lot of programs in english which if you are staying for a while is good.
The apartment is also surrounded by great little family business which have great wines, cheases vegatables and oother items, There are some really good restarunts in the area as well as pizza places. It is just a great location.
This is withingwalking distance of most of the American Universities and if not the bus is a block away and the train is a 15 minute walk, so no problem getting around although walking down these old street is more exciting. You do not need a car here but if you want to go out of florence there are car rental agencies and buses of course trains around the train station. You can always call a taxi for the Airport (15- 20 minutes away)which is usually here within 5 minutes. To travel europe from florence there are cheap airelines like ryanair and travania which goes from Pisa Airport which is a direct train ride from Florence or other deals from the florence airport

Very nice and well equipped apartment, perfect for a group or large family up to 6 p, with two bedrooms with bathroom separated from each other, and a sofa bed. Internet connection was fast and without problems.
Location was ok approx 15-20 min from Duomo, in a street with all you need, small shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.
I can really recommend this!
