Welcome to the fist apartment of the group of apartments in the San Lorenzo Market district in Florence.  Here there are 8 apartments runned by the same management team.  The central market area is a multicultural area of Florence very active and suitable for those tourist stays, daily and weekly stays welcomed.

The "Guelfo" apartment can accommodate 2 people, it consists of a double-bed room, kitchen and a bath with shower. A folding bed is available to accommodate a third person, the flat is well appointed with all the necessary to spend your vacation in Florence.   On the same level of the building there is also a larger apartment sleeping 4+2 named "Ghibellino" if you are a big group.

• For daily and weekly rates price does include: All Taxes, Utilities, Linen, Gas, Final Cleaning, internet.

• 7 € per hour extra cleaning service

The location is very convenient for those travellers that want to stay in the very city centre, nearby you have the main central market for you groceries shopping as well as the open market.  The area is busy but the street is much less trafficated.

• To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
• Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
• Balance will be paid upon arrival and the payment methods accepted are cash or credit card
• According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.
