"Il Fiorino" apartment is a loft composed by a bedroom (double or twin beds on request with orthopedic springs and mattresses), kitchen corner and bathroom with shower.

This is a great nice cozy one room apartment completely remodelled in 2008, fully equipped with High Tech goodies, please keep in mind this is 50 straight walk up and very stiff, keep in mind you need good legs to climb up, but once you are up here it is magnificent.

• To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit of the total amount will be charged on the credit card provided and will confirm the booking, no reservation will be considered confirmed until booking deposit will be received.
• Payment for the deposit can be done by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), wire transfer.
• Balance will be paid upon arrival and the payment methods accepted are cash or credit card
• According to Italian laws a tourist rental contract might needed to be signed at check in, please bring with you a copy of your passport to give to the owner to take care of any formal requirement.

• Cancellation withing 7 days prior arrival and no show will incur in 100% charge.
  

Check in and Check out

• Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
• Check out is by 11 am
• Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
