Ideal location for visiting all the main towns of Tuscany and northern Umbria (Assisi, Perugia, Todi, etc..) With day trips. Different locations (over Siena and Florence) can also be reached by public transport. At about 35 km wide outlet to all major Italian designers (Barberino di Mugello). Val d'Elsa offers first-rate artistic and cultural destinations like Certaldo, the town of Boccaccio, San Gimignano, the town of the towers, Colle Val d'Elsa, famous for its crystal and many more you will be told about for an alternative trip to the traditional places of Tuscany.

In the village there is a regular bus service several times a day for going to Florence and many tourist attractions very much worth visiting.

With the car: Exit  at the A1 del Sole at Firenze Certosa and carry on for Siena getting on to the dual carriageway, which you take for approx. 25 km. Exit at Tavarnelle Arrived at the town of Tavarnelle (approx 5 km. state road Cassia SS2) follow the signs for Barberino Val d'Elsa, pass through the town of Barberino, after the square there is a supermarket coop, on your left, then  turn on the left for via novoli, after via novoli there is strada della valle, from the supermarket there are 3 Kilometers for arriving at the house apartment.

• In this property for stays from nine (9) to twelve (12) months and up, two (2) months for the security deposit

• Check In is from 3 pm until 6 pm
• Check out is by 11 am
• Different arrival time can be arranged but exact time must be advised at least one week prior check in.
• In case of late arrival without notice after 10 pm a 80 Euro fee will be applied.
