Maria Apartment – Elegance and Charme in the center , Duomo and Repubblica, Lungarni, Oltrarno, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Pitti, Santa Maria Novella and Ognissanti

It’s a modern apartment just renovated, situated at the first floor (by elevator or by walk) of a tipical Florentine building.
The main corridor is shared with another apartment but, even if for a big group you can book botha apartments and stay togheter, when you close the door you have the privacy of your house!
There is a double bedroom with all necessary, bathroom with shower, living room with complitely furnished kitchen and in the loft a big space with 3 single beds. All that makes you like at home.
We are at only 5/10 minutes from all main attractions of the city.
Very important things:
– we have the self check in so after your online registration you will receive all info for self access;
– you have to pay at check in the city tax ( € 3 per person per night until the end of December and € 4 from the 2020

Damages deposit of € 300 will be asked at check in and refound at check out if no damages. Also city tax of € 4 per person per night for over 12 years and maximum for 7 night.
